Shipping Info

Orders from our store will be shipped out within 2-5 business days and UPS tracking will be emailed to the email address provided in the order form. If there are delays in the expected ship date you will be emailed.

As of February 2025, North American destinations for all orders of lithium-ion batteries and chargers are shipped via UPS Ground/Standard service. Lithium-ion battery orders over $800USD destined for the United States are subject to 3.4% duty and brokerage fees. These fees have been included in our online store's shipping estimates. Products will arrive duty paid.

Energy Access chargers are drop-shipped to the end customer by Energy Access (located in the USA) via UPS Ground/Standard service. Energy Access chargers shipped to Canada may be subject to brokerage fees and taxes owing. These fees are payable by the receiving customer.

International shipments of lithium-ion batteries ship as Dangerous Goods with either DHL Express or UPS (Expedited Service). We will provide a shipping quote prior to shipment.

All non-US customers are responsible for all importing duties, taxes and fees levied on their incoming shipments without exception.

All shipments are Ex-Works Pemberton, BC Canada unless shipment insurance has been negotiated.
