Returns and Refunds

All batteries and chargers that we sell are fully tested by the manufacturer before we offer them for sale. However, in the unlikely event a manufacturing defect is found, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost. The defective item will not need to be returned but should be disposed of at an appropriate recycling depot unless we've requested otherwise.

It is difficult and expensive for us to accept returned items from the USA back to Canada due to importing costs. Additionally, we are unable to accept any returns of lithium ion batteries due to shipping regulations and because we are unable to sell returned batteries.

Due to these return limitations we are happy to consult prior to any purchase of one of our batteries or chargers to confirm it is compatible with your intended use. But if a battery or charger is purchased in error and we were not consulted beforehand, we will not be able to issue a refund.
